About the role:
We have exciting opportunities for 4 Car Carrier Truck Drivers to join Nationwide. The job will involve driving and operating a 4-Car Carrier Truck in Brisbane to service the needs of our diverse clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating MR truck (License essential)
- Using wheel straps, chains and ratchets.
- Evenly distributing weight across the trailer for stability and legal compliance.
- Coordinating with dealerships, customers, and dispatchers.
- Inspecting vehicles before/after transport and documenting any issues.
- Climbing onto the trailer, adjusting ramps, and securing straps.
Skills & Experience:
- An MR licence at a minimum
- Previous car carrier experience will be advantageous, but not mandatory – (we can train you!)
- Exceptional communication & customer service skills
- MSIC preferred but not mandatory
