About the Role:
We're excited to invite an experienced Business Partner to join our dynamic People Division team! Reporting to an inspiring and results-oriented Head of People, you'll collaborate closely with our vibrant Victorian operations division, our thriving Business Development department, and our expert Learning and Development team. Together, you'll address needs, offer strategic insights, and implement impactful solutions. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise across the entire employee lifecycle, tackling complex issues such as performance management, grievance resolution, leadership coaching, and change management. This is a 16-month parental fixed-term contract, offering you the chance to make a meaningful impact during your time with us.
Responsibilities will also include:
- Serve as a strategic partner to our leaders, aligning people initiatives with business objectives.
- Partner with department heads to understand business needs and provide tailored people solutions
- Support and influence business leaders in driving employee engagement, performance, and development.
- Support change management and organisational development initiatives
About You:
- Completion of a graduate degree or relevant industry certification
- Strong team player with a cooperative approach.
- Proven experience delivering results as a P&C business partner
- Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- High levels of enthusiasm and drive.
- Experience in supporting cultural change initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and other relevant legislation
- Experience dealing with complex, sensitive inquiries and conversations with discretion.
- Ability to navigate fast-paced, complex work environments.
- Possess a current Victorian Driver Licence
