About The Role:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of roadside operations, ensuring the seamless functioning of our Roadside team and that patrols consistently meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Patrol Performance:
  • Oversee scheduling requirements, addressing any gaps or shortages proactively.
  • Investigate and resolve RAC/Roadside complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure timely audits of Patrols, ensuring compliance with auditing standards.
  • Ensure vehicles are properly set up, with necessary registrations and equipment.
  • Operational Coordination: Coordinate resources and resolve issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Conduct regular operational meetings with RAC representatives.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned by Management to support operational needs.

About You:

  • Proven experience in operations similar roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to deal with complex problems and develop practical solutions.
  • Experience in operational improvements.
  • Ability to navigate challenges.
  • Experience in translating strategic plans into measurable objectives.
  • Ability to Lead or assist with projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Drivers Licence
