About The Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Dispatch Coordinator to manage the allocation of jobs to Tow Truck Operators (TTOs), ensuring exceptional service is provided to our customers. The role also involves providing support and assistance to our Dispatchers.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional manner in all customer interactions.
• Effectively manage a high volume of incoming phone calls.
• Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries, provide accurate quotes, and facilitate job bookings.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.

About You:

• Prior experience in a customer service centre environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration with diverse customer profiles.
• The capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise within a high-pressure environment.
• Sound judgment, precision, and critical thinking ability.
• Impeccable attention to detail and adept time management.
