About the Role
We’re looking for a committed, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team at the Sunshine Impound Facility on a 12 month fixed term contract. As an Impound Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing the safe and efficient movement of vehicles, equipment, and machinery while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. You’ll also liaise with law enforcement, tow truck drivers, and vehicle owners to maintain smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the impoundment process in line with company policies and legal guidelines.

Coordinate the safe and damage-free movement of all vehicles, plant, and equipment.

Maintain an organised, clean, and secure impound facility.

Accurately record and track all incoming and outgoing vehicles, plant, and equipment.

Provide professional and courteous service to customers, including police, councils, authorities, and members of the public.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and assist with inquiries as needed.
Skills & Experience:

Ability to work assertively and professionally under pressure.

Desirable: Forklift High-Risk Licence & Heavy Vehicle Driver’s Licence.
