About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated individual to support, mentor, and lead our Tow Truck Operators (TTOs) through strategic partnerships. This role is key to optimising operational efficiency, meeting customer demand, achieving KPIs, fulfilling contractual obligations, and driving business growth, all while maintaining the highest standards of customer service

 Responsibilities will also include:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage Tow Truck Operators, to ensure efficient operations and meet business and customer goals.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with contractors, ensuring a balance between customer expectations and cost management to maximise profitability.
  • Provide leadership in the training, development, and support of national towing, transport, and roadside patrol teams, ensuring compliance with Safe Work Procedures and customer KPIs.
  • Ensure that the team operates in line with national standards for service delivery, ensuring safe, reliable, and high-quality assistance.
  • Collaborate with other functions within the business, such as CSDC, to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and operational outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a management role within the towing, roadside assistance, or fleet services industry.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of service delivery operations, customer KPIs, and safety standards.
  • Experience in managing relationships and working with contractors.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance business objectives with customer satisfaction and quality service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
