About the role:

You’ll be part of a dynamic team that manages scheduling, dispatching, and proactively communicating ETAs with both our TTO's and customers. What we're looking for:
- Strong communication skills – Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, TTOs (Tow Truck Operators), members and customers.
- Customer service experience – Previous experience in a customer service and coordination role is preferred.
- Time management and organisation – Capable of handling multiple tasks, prioritising effectively, and working under pressure.
- Attention to detail – High level of accuracy when recording data, managing bookings, and verifying job completion.
- Team player – Willingness to work collaboratively and support colleagues across departments.
- Problem-solving skills – Ability to respond to challenges quickly and escalate issues when necessary.
- Technical proficiency – Comfortable using phone/email systems and booking software (training will be provided).
- Results-oriented – Motivated to meet personal and team KPIs and contribute to overall service excellence.
