About the role:

Step into a pivotal role where you’ll be part of a team that ensures every customer interaction runs like clockwork.  You’ll be part of a dynamic team that manages scheduling, dispatching, and proactively communicating ETAs with both our TTO's and customers. What we're looking for:

  • Strong communication skills – Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, TTOs (Tow Truck Operators), members and customers.
  • Customer service experience – Previous experience in a customer service and coordination role is preferred.
  • Time management and organisation – Capable of handling multiple tasks, prioritising effectively, and working under pressure.
  • Attention to detail – High level of accuracy when recording data, managing bookings, and verifying job completion.
  • Team player – Willingness to work collaboratively and support colleagues across departments.
  • Problem-solving skills – Ability to respond to challenges quickly and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Technical proficiency – Comfortable using phone/email systems and booking software (training will be provided).
  • Results-oriented – Motivated to meet personal and team KPIs and contribute to overall service excellence.
