We’re seeking a Learning Manager to lead our Victorian-based Operations team. A proactive induvial who’s a problem-solver with strategic vision with hands-on operational insight, constantly seeking innovative ways to improve performance. They will inspire continuous improvement that will help shape the skills and safety, to our Tow Truck Operators and Roadside Patrols.
What You’ll Do:
Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, coach, and motivate the training team to achieve KPIs, deliver high-quality, customer-focused training, and maintain a strong performance culture.
• Oversee team performance and training delivery, ensuring timely rollout of content, compliance with standards, and continuous improvement through regular reviews and guidance.
Service Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement
• Ensure clear communication and collaboration with internal teams, management, and stakeholders to support operational needs, including escalations and cross-departmental projects.
• Provide around-the-clock training support and expertise, including involvement in incident investigations and maintaining 24/7 on-call availability when required.
Training Program Development
• Lead the development, review, and delivery of effective onboarding and ongoing training programs.
• Monitor training schedules and align rostering to ensure consistent delivery of required sessions.
• Track training outcomes and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in training, coaching, or mentoring in an operational or field-based environment.
• Proven experience in LMS programs
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• Sound knowledge of safety procedures, operational protocols, and compliance.
• Ability to manage incidents and contribute to continuous improvement strategies.
• Availability for after-hours and emergency support when needed.
