Are you energised, driven and want to make a real impact? If so, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. We’re seeking a Learning Manager to lead our interstate operations team. Based in our NSW office you'll be providing support to our interstate teams. This role requires a proactive leader—a natural problem-solver with strategic vision and strong operational insight. The ideal individual will be someone who consistently seeks innovative ways to lift performance and capability. You'll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, shaping the safety, skills, and success of our Tow Truck Operators and Roadside Patrols. Regular travel to interstate locations will be required to stay connected with the teams you support and ensure alignment across regions.
What You’ll Do:
Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, coach, and motivate the training team to achieve KPIs, deliver high-quality, customer-focused training, and maintain a strong performance culture.
• Oversee team performance and training delivery, ensuring timely rollout of content, compliance with standards, and continuous improvement through regular reviews and guidance.
Service Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement
• Ensure clear communication and collaboration with internal teams, management, and stakeholders to support operational needs, including escalations and cross-departmental projects.
• Provide around-the-clock training support and expertise, including involvement in incident investigations and maintaining 24/7 on-call availability when required.
Training Program Development
• Lead the development, review, and delivery of effective onboarding and ongoing training programs.
• Monitor training schedules and align rostering to ensure consistent delivery of required sessions.
• Track training outcomes and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in training, coaching, or mentoring in an operational or field-based environment.
• Proven experience in LMS programs
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• Sound knowledge of safety procedures, operational protocols, and compliance.
• Ability to manage incidents and contribute to continuous improvement strategies.
• Availability for after-hours and emergency support when needed.
