About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled, hands-on and commercially-minded individual to join our growing team at. This is your opportunity to take full ownership of our fleet operations nationally, while leading a small team and partnering with senior leaders
Role and Responsibilities:
- Drive efficiency across fleet operations, ensuring optimal vehicle utilisation
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools to track key metrics across procurement and logistics.
- Translate business objectives into actionable supply chain and procurement strategies.
- Lead the full procurement lifecycle from needs analysis, sourcing, tendering, negotiation, to contract execution and renewal.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations across Australia
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and vendors aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers to ensure continuity, reliability, and innovation.
- Monitor supplier performance and addressing issues promptly to mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular evaluations and develop improvement plans where necessary.
- Negotiate competitive terms and conditions, driving cost efficiencies while ensuring quality and compliance.
- Develop and maintain a preferred supplier list and detailed contract repository for easy reference and governance.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and solutions-oriented team culture.
What You Will Bring to the Role
• 5 years in corporate supply chain, focused on performance improvement
• Proven leadership in team management and cross-functional project delivery
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
• Proficient in logistics systems, fleet management tools, and telematics (advantageous)
• Experienced in procurement, budget management, and supplier negotiations
