About the role:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will serve as the primary contact for our clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring they receive maximum value from our services.
You’ll collaborate across departments, serve as the voice of the customer, to ensure you deliver a seamless customer experience and drive satisfaction, to build long-term retention. The role combines strategic account management and a deep understanding of customer needs and market insight. You’ll be instrumental in delivering client success and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for our customers, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored support.
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships, leading value-driven conversations to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities, manage contracts and pricing, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximise outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, deliver solutions, and influence business decisions based on client needs.
- Track and analyse client performance data, job volumes, revenue, trading patterns and provide insights through detailed reports and presentations.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, lead operational and service improvement initiatives, and ensure high-impact delivery and customer outcomes.
- Support strategic growth efforts by gathering market insights, generating referrals, and partnering with internal teams to design and implement new business strategies.
- Proactively drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and actively engaging in the end-to-end sales process to expand our services to support revenue generation.
About You:
- Demonstrate strong understanding on being a Client Relationship Manager with the ability to both grow existing accounts and pursue new opportunities.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets, ideally within the transport and logistics sector.
- Ability to anticipate client needs, resolve complex issues, and advocate for optimal outcomes.
- Bring critical thinking and decision-making capabilities to enhance customer success and long-term partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation skills and be assertive when needed to drive outcomes.
- Able to influence internal and external stakeholders to support business and customer goals.
- Strong time management, organisation, and ability to work autonomously under pressure.
- Ability to Consistently meeting deadlines and thrives in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities
