About the role:

We're recruiting for a dynamic Learning & Design Manager to lead our talented L&D team, drive the implementation of our new Learning Management System (LMS), and shape innovative learning experiences across the organisation.

This is your chance to make a real impact—building capability across frontline teams, leaders, and critical compliance areas, all while transforming how we learn and grow.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and inspire a team of three learning professionals
  • Design and deliver impactful learning programs across leadership, systems, onboarding, compliance and more
  • Take ownership of our new LMS—drive implementation, user experience design, governance, and ongoing optimisation
  • Collaborate with leaders across the business to identify capability gaps and co-create high-impact learning solutions
  • Bring data to the table—use insights to improve learning experiences and demonstrate value
  • Ensure we stay compliant—oversee regulatory learning requirements and reporting
  • Champion continuous learning and a culture of curiosity, inclusion and growth

What you'll bring:

  • Experience leading a high-performing L&D function or team
  • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and digital learning trends
  • Hands-on experience with LMS implementation, administration, and learning systems strategy
  • Ability to translate business needs into engaging, fit-for-purpose learning solutions
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills—you know how to bring people on the journey
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for lifting others up
