About the Role

As a key member of our NSW/QLD team, you’ll be responsible for both client retention and local business expansion. You'll lead from the front, managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, driving growth, and ensuring we exceed expectations across every interaction.

This role blends relationship management, sales strategy, and commercial leadership, with the backing of a strong operational engine behind you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Serve as the go-to for a portfolio of high-value accounts
• Identify market expansion opportunities
• Assist with proposals and tender preparation
• Collaborate across operations, finance, and leadership to align strategy
• Drive lead generation and referral networks using industry insights
• Deliver continuous improvement initiatives that put the customer first
• Maintain CRM records and track pipeline activity with precision
• Represent Nationwide at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums

Who You Are

  • Proven sales, account management, or business development experience
  • Strong commercial acumen and a record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
  • Exceptional communicator and negotiator with a client-first mindset
  • Self-starter who thrives independently and collaborates well with cross-functional teams
  • Background and understanding in the transport and logistics is HIGHLY advantageous.
