About The Role
Step into a high-impact role where strategy meets relationships. As a key player in our NSW/QLD team, you’ll lead business growth while nurturing a portfolio of valued clients. You’ll be the commercial heartbeat — driving expansion, uncovering new opportunities, and ensuring every customer interaction is handled with care and purpose. Reporting to our NSW/QLD State Manager, you’ll collaborate across departments, champion client success, and turn insights into action. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and commercial success
- Lead strategic growth initiatives across NSW/QLD
- Collaborate across departments to align strategy, design solutions, and drive continuous improvement
- Identify market expansion opportunities
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives that put the customer first
Who Are You?
- Proven sales, account management, or business development experience
- Strong customer focus and understanding
- Ability to cultivate existing relationships and confidently pursue new growth opportunities
- Background and understanding in the transport and logistics is HIGHLY advantageous.
