About the role
We are seeking a committed, dedicated, motivated, and passionate individual to be part of our Sunshine Impound team.
The role requires coordinating the efficient and safe movement of all vehicles, plant, equipment and machinery to ensure they are accepted, stored, recorded, released and disposed of correctly in line with the relevant contractual, company and legislative requirements. You will also be responsible for coordinating with law enforcement, tow truck drivers, and vehicle owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the impoundment process according to company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate the efficient, damage free and safe movement of all vehicles, plant and equipment and ensure they are maintained in an organised manner.
- Ensure the Impound is kept clean, secure and safe at all times.
- Accurately and correctly record and communicate all vehicles, plant & equipment that arrive at the Sunshine Impound
- Liaise with all customers including Tow Truck Operators, Police, Councils, Authorities, members of the public and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Build rapport with key customers and assist with any queries or requests in line with company policies and procedures.
