A Service Delivery Coordinator plays an important part in keeping our fleet running safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for vehicle compliance, equipment coordination, and day-to-day support for our operators across NSW and beyond.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee all aspects of vehicle compliance - registrations, servicing, inspections, and licensing
  • Support tow truck operators to remain compliant with policies, permits, and performance standards
  • Coordinate minor truck repairs, manage after-hours breakdowns, and maintain strong supplier and repairer relationships
  • Manage truck stock, equipment, and test & tag schedules
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure resources are in place to meet KPIs, contracts, and customer demand
  • Assist with incident investigations, complaints, and resolution processes
  • Keep fleet facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained
  • Generate reports, process invoices, and maintain accurate fleet administration

 

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring a mix of organisation, problem-solving, and people skills. Our ideal fit will:

  • Be highly organised and detail-focused, supporting day to day admin while keeping an eye on compliance 
  • Stay calm under pressure and think quickly when unexpected issues arise
  • Communicate confidently, whether it’s with operators, mechanics, or managers
  • Take a hands-on approach when it comes to vehicle or stock management
  • Have a customer-first mindset, balancing service quality, cost, and efficiency
  • Be adaptable and enjoy the variety of no two days being the same
  • Comfortable using a range of computer systems and applications
  • Bring experience in fleet, transport, logistics, or a similar operational role (desirable)
