About the Role

We’re looking for a Dispatch and Logistics Coordinator to join our high-energy team. You’ll play a key role in managing schedules, dispatching jobs, and providing real-time updates to both our customers and Tow Truck Operators (TTOs).

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running with:
Effective communication skills – You can clearly and professionally communicate with customers, operators, and internal teams.
Customer service experience – You’ve worked in fast-paced service or coordination roles before (preferred).
Excellent time management – You can juggle multiple priorities and stay cool under pressure.
Attention to detail – You take pride in getting the details right, every time.
Team spirit – You love being part of a team that has each other’s backs.
Problem-solving mindset – Quick thinker who knows when to escalate issues.
Technically confident – Comfortable using phones, emails, and booking software (training provided).
Goal-driven – Motivated to hit KPIs and contribute to team success.
