Position Overview

The Fleet Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Fleet Department by performing essential administrative duties as directed by the National Supply Chain Manager. This position involves overseeing vehicle procurement, maintenance, compliance, and safety, ensuring that our fleet operates efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include monitoring vehicle servicing, scheduling maintenance and repairs, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will also facilitate communication with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure a seamless operational flow.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of administrative skills and a keen understanding of fleet operations. You should be proactive, organised, and able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

  • Current Victorian Driver’s Licence is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in fleet, transport, logistics, or related sectors is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate with impact and build relationships across the organisation.
