As a pivotal player in our Quality Department, you will contribute to maintaining and enhancing our Quality Management System, ensuring it remains compliant and effective while fostering an environment that thrives on feedback and improvement.
Your Role in the Quality Journey
As a Feedback Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of managing customer feedback cases and incident reports. Your expertise will ensure that we effectively address concerns, mitigate risks, and identify opportunities for improvement. You will play a crucial role in fostering relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Manage feedback case resolution and provide timely updates to customers.
- Oversee incident case management and coordinate necessary repairs and consultations.
- Collaborate with the Quality team to uphold compliance with all relevant laws and standards.
- Analyse feedback data to uncover trends and recommend actionable improvements.
Who You Are: The Ideal Candidate
You are a proactive problem solver with a passion for quality management and customer service. Your ability to communicate clearly and build relationships will be key to your success in this role.
- 2-3 years of experience in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Familiarity with risk management, process management, and ISO systems.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifying improvement opportunities.
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence.
