About the ROLE

As the Operations Talent Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment efforts for contractor positions. Your expertise will be essential in identifying skill gaps, developing targeted recruitment strategies, and engaging with contractors to build a robust talent pipeline. You will partner with various stakeholders to align on workforce requirements and ensure our recruitment processes are effective and efficient.

In addition to recruitment, you will strengthen our employment branding and drive talent attraction initiatives to enhance our visibility in the market. Your innovative mindset will contribute to continuous improvement in our processes, ensuring that we remain competitive in attracting high-quality talent.

About YOU

If you are a passionate and proactive recruitment professional with a knack for building relationships and driving results, we want to hear from you! You should possess:

  • A relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within the contractor space.
  • A proven track record in creating and maintaining talent pipelines.
  • Strong skills in using an ATS, particularly Scout Talent, is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
