Your Role

We are seeking a dedicated all round Full- Time Tow Truck Operator. You will play an essential role in transporting vehicles, plant, and equipment safely and efficiently. Your expertise will help us meet and exceed our customers' expectations while ensuring that every journey is a smooth one.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Loading, securing, and unloading items
  • Adhering to our Safe Work Procedures (SWP's) 
  • Value safety as much as we do
  • Keep our vehicles in top-notch condition
  • Embrace continuious learning and training
  • Comply with state, territory and national road laws including heavy vehicle and fatigue rotations
  • Delivering great customer service 
  • Upholding our company values

 

What We’re Looking For

We want to hear from enthusiastic individuals who are excited about working in a collaborative and friendly environment. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Strong customer focus and a knack for providing excellent service
  • Critical thinking skills to make quick decisions on the go
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team
  • At least an MR driver’s licence (HR, MC, HC preferred) with a clean driving record
  • A minimum of 12 months driving experience with heavy vehicles
  • Strong knowledge of Melbourne and surrounding areas
  • Flexible availability, including after hours and interstate work
