Role Overview

The Dispatch and Logistics Coordinator in our call center within our Noble Park location will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the despatch and logistics operations.
  • Ensuring high-quality customer service is maintained.
  • Ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Optimising the transportation processes.
  • Manage despatch processes efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with various teams to streamline operations and enhance service quality.
  • Play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and records management.
  • Coordinate and optimise logistics operations to ensure timely delivery.

This is a Part-time role flexible working hours across 4 or 5 days and rotating weekends.  

Candidate Profile

We are looking for three detail-oriented and proactive coordinators who can thrive in a busy environment. The ideal candidates will possess strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

  • Experience in logistics or supply chain management preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
