As part of our Quality team, you’ll help shape how we manage quality systems, strengthen governance and continuously improve our processes, systems and ways of working.
About the Role
As our Quality Business Partner, you’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to support and continuously improve our Quality Management System (QMS). You’ll play a key role in maintaining governance frameworks, supporting compliance activities, coordinating audits and driving initiatives that improve operational performance.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, improving business processes developing business documentation and influencing positive change across a dynamic organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to embed and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
- Support the administration and optimisation of quality systems, including SharePoint and Donesafe.
- Monitor quality and compliance activities to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Support business change initiatives, system updates and quality communications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance and business outcomes.
About You
You’ll be a collaborative professional with a passion for knowledge sharing, quality, governance and continuous improvement.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience working within quality management systems, governance, compliance or business improvement environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience supporting audits, compliance activities or quality management systems through knowledge management and documentation management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions.
- Experience working with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 management systems is highly regarded.
- Experience with MS Office 365 apps, especially Word and SharePoint is essential
- Experience with Donesafe, will be highly regarded.
