Operations Learning & Technical Specialist

As the Operations Learning & Technical Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our Tow Truck Operators are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to excel. Your responsibilities will encompass the delivery, monitoring, and review of training programs tailored for both new and existing operators, while fostering an engaging learning environment that emphasises safety and compliance. In the role, you will:

• Conduct competency sign-offs
• Provide technical support and mentoring
• Integrate new team members seamlessly into our operations
• Evaluate and test equipment to maintain our high safety standards
• Ensure our operators are always prepared for the road ahead

About you:

If you are passionate about training and development and possess a keen eye for detail, we want you on our team. Ideal candidates will have a background in heavy vehicle transport, along with experience in training or mentoring roles. You should possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable) and hold a heavy vehicle driver's licence.
