Site Supervisor - WA

As our operations continue to grow in Western Australia, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our Impound and Storage operations. This newly created role will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of site activities, people and processes, ensuring vehicles are managed safely, compliantly and in line with customer expectations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with operational leadership experience who enjoys a hands-on environment and is passionate about safety, customer service and continuous improvement.

About the Role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the effective supervision of our impound and storage facility, ensuring operational performance, compliance and customer service standards are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supervising day-to-day site operations.
  • Managing the safe movement, storage and release of vehicles.
  • Coordinating staff, resources and workflows to support operational requirements.
  • Monitoring site performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, government agencies, contractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, customer contracts and Chain of Responsibility obligations.
  • Maintaining a safe, secure and well-presented site environment.
  • Supporting onboarding, training and development of team members.
  • Driving a positive safety culture and strong operational performance across the site.

 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership position.
  • Experience within transport, logistics, automotive, storage, impound or operational environments.
  • Strong stakeholder and customer relationship management skills.
  • The ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities and deliver results.
  • Sound administrative and reporting capability.
  • A strong understanding of workplace safety and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A hands-on leadership style with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
