This position operates on a rotating roster and includes:
- Predominantly afternoon and evening shifts

- Variable shift patterns based on operational demand
We're looking for people who enjoy variety and can adapt to changing business needs. Fixed shift availability is not suitable for this role.
About You
You love helping people, stay calm under pressure and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.
You'll bring:
- Previous customer service, contact centre, dispatch, logistics or similar experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
