Dispatch Coordinator – Driver Support

 

Full-time and Part-time opportunities | Noble Park | Rotating roster

  • Keep drivers moving and customers informed
  • Coordinate ETA's and solve live operational issues
  • Build transport and dispatch capability in a national operation

 

This is a hands-on operational support role for someone who enjoys pace, coordination and solving problems in real time. Working alongside Dispatchers, you’ll support drivers and Tow Truck Operators, monitor ETA's, communicate delays and help keep roadside and transport jobs progressing safely.

 

What you’ll do

  • Respond to calls and messages from drivers and Tow Truck Operators
  • Monitor job progress and coordinate ETA information
  • Contact customers when delays occur and provide realistic updates
  • Resolve job, payment, pricing and system issues that may block completion
  • Update job records, notes and booking information accurately
  • Assist Dispatchers with outstanding jobs, driver information and operational priorities

 

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in dispatch, fleet support, logistics, roadside operations, transport customer service or another time-critical environment
  • Calm, direct and respectful communication
  • Strong prioritisation and practical problem-solving skills
  • Confidence using multiple systems while maintaining accuracy
  • The ability to work collaboratively with drivers, customers and operational teams

 

Your roster

Join a dynamic, fast-paced team where available shifts are predominantly scheduled during afternoon and evening hours, operating 7 days a week. Later start times will enable you to sleep in or visit the free on-site gym facilities before you start your shift. Shift patterns may vary with operational demand.
